How hiring works

  1. Submit your application

Send us your documents by email to karriere@thun.de. Whether you include a cover letter is entirely up to you. We'll send you a quick reply to let you know we've got it.

  2. Initial review

Our team will carefully review your profile, experience, and fit for the role. We focus on qualifications, motivation, and how your strengths match the position.

  3. First interview

If your profile is a match, we'll invite you to phone or video interview, or one on-site here in Ennepetal. For production-based roles, we prefer to meet in person wherever possible. Participants typically include HR, Susanne as your point of contact, and the department lead or production manager.

  4. Second interview

For some positions, a second interview may follow. This meeting will focus specifically on: day-to-day responsibilities, working as a team, technical skills, expectations on both sides or other topics related to the job itself. The aim is for both sides to have a clear picture before making a decision.

  5. Optional Trial Day

For production-based roles, we may offer a voluntary trial day. This gives you the chance to gain firsthand experience of our workplace, tasks, and team environment. It also helps both sides assess whether the role is the right fit or not.

  6. Decision & Feedback

After the interviews, we aim to make decisions as soon as possible and keep communication transparent throughout the process. You will also receive timely feedback from us.
