At THUN, you will not just watch from the sidelines. You will become part of the team, contribute to day-to-day operations, and take on your own responsibilities as your experience grows.

What you will learn

During your apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience across the key business areas of our company, including:

• Purchasing and materials management
• Sales and customer service
• Marketing and product management
• Human resources
• Finance and accounting
• Logistics and production planning

You will see how different departments work together, understand the processes behind business decisions, and get the opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks and projects early on.

Depending on your previous qualifications, the three-year apprenticeship may be shortened.

What you bring

You do not need years of experience. What matters is curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

You should bring:

• A good secondary school qualification, vocational diploma, or university entrance qualification
• An interest in business and commercial processes
• Good German and math skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills and a careful, structured approach to work
• Motivation, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• An interest in mobility, bicycles, and sustainable products
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car
