THUN checks this with fast prototypes and ISO testing with EFBE test equipment. Simulations and material expertise can support the process where needed. This helps you make decisions earlier and reduce late changes in development or production.
Examples include compact bottom bracket designs down to 90.3 mm and ISIS spindle variants for specific interfaces. For more demanding constructions, THUN has developed the Mammoth bottom bracket with four ball bearings, TTM spindle and TTM sleeve.

4. Produce with Confidence: After the feasibility check, THUN prepares your offer. Once approved, we can provide sample parts so you can verify fit and function before production starts.
