On 18.01.2022 by entry in the commercial register Hagen (HRB 12252) the Alfred Thun GmbH & Co. KG was renamed to Alfred Thun GmbH.
The goal of the name change is to streamline our corporate structure and administrative processes so that we can serve our business partners even faster and more efficiently in the future.
With the entry in the commercial register, Alfred Thun GmbH & Co. KG has been transformed into Alfred Thun GmbH with immediate effect. All existing contracts have been transferred to Alfred Thun GmbH in the course of universal succession and retain their full validity.
