Configured for 73 millimeter and 83 millimeter frame housings
Thun is expanding its best-known bb-set families in the premium segment with, among other things, numerous new variants for 73 mm and 83 mm frame housings. The trend towards thicker frames is changing the bicycle design as we know it, rendering it more sustainable. One of the most common uses for this design is to hold batteries for e-bikes.
“So that our partners can profit from this increasingly established design trend, we have extensively expanded our concept,” says Alexander Thun, Co-CEO of the seasoned manufacturer from Ennepetal. “With a total of 216 new bb-set configurations, we are offering manufacturers numerous combination options and variants for model year 2022”.
The variants for wider frame housings are also available with the new “SC” (SENSOR COMPATIBLE) product feature.
